Job Duties
- Upholding cleanliness and safety standards
- Welcoming and engaging with all Guests as an ambassador of fun
- Promoting and recommending activities based on Guest needs and activity availability
- Troubleshooting and handling lane malfunction calls
- Issuing and cleaning bowling shoes
- maintaining shoe organization
- Escorting Guests to their lane and assisting with lane setup and ball selection
- Ensuring Guests adhere to all bowling safety standards
- Processing payment transactions and welcoming Guests back
- Maintaining a clean and organized Bowl Desk and/or lanes
- completing side duties
