Job Duties
- Upholding our cleanliness and safety standards
- welcoming and engaging with all guests, serving as an ambassador of fun
- promoting and recommending activities based on guest needs and availability
- troubleshooting and handling lane malfunctions
- issuing and cleaning bowling shoes, maintaining shoe organization
- escorting guests to their lane and assisting with lane setup and ball selection
- ensuring guests adhere to bowling safety standards
- processing payment transactions and welcoming guests back
- maintaining a clean and organized bowl desk and lanes, completing side duties
