Job Requirements
- HS graduate or equivalent
- 5+ years experience in fitness, retail, or hospitality industries
- 5+ years experience managing teams
- 5+ years experience managing profit and loss statements, revenue, and EBITDA budgets
- experience providing high-end customer service and managing customer concerns
- track record of success in a performance-driven work environment
- excellent interviewing skills
- CPR and AED certified
- certified personal trainer or group fitness instructor

Job Duties
- Works with department leaders to ensure KPIs are followed and departments meet and exceed budgetary goals
- monitors budgets, forecasts revenue, and expenses monthly, quarterly, and annually
- performs daily walk-through inspections to ensure cleanliness, organization, and club presentation
- ensures the best member experience is delivered
- develops and delivers safe, professional, and exciting personal training programs, small group training programs, or group fitness classes
- mentors department leaders through training, development, assessment, and feedback
- hires, manages, supports, develops, coaches, and mentors a team of best-in-class professionals including handling disciplinary and termination actions as needed
