Job Requirements

  • Minimum high school diploma
  • Minimum 1 year of related experience
  • Able to lift 15 lbs
  • Flexible schedule with availability for late nights, weekends, and some holidays
  • Moves with pace and energy while maintaining attention to detail
  • People person able to work independently and with others
  • Requires in-store presence for opening and closing duties, inventory receiving and shipping
  • Commitment to uphold CHANEL's standards and values

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum high school diploma
  • Minimum 1 year of related experience in retail or client service environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a team environment and work collaboratively
  • Understanding of and passion for client experience
  • Foreign language skills preferred but not required
  • Passion for CHANEL's brand, history, product offerings, and social initiatives
  • Curiosity and desire to learn and grow professionally

Job Duties

  • Facilitate seamless client experience by warmly greeting clients and sharing health and safety information
  • Leverage tools to manage client wait times and appointments efficiently
  • Assist clients by answering questions and facilitating smooth transitions during wait periods
  • Maintain flow of traffic within the boutique to ensure adequate service levels
  • Proactively communicate with clients regarding wait times and in-boutique experiences to set realistic expectations
  • Support other boutique team members to maximize client-facing time
  • Manage operational tasks including opening and closing boutique, inventory receiving, and product shipping to support sales
