Job Duties
- Complete opening and closing duties including setting up supplies and tools
- Clean all equipment and work areas
- Lock doors and ensure security at shift end
- Set up, stock, and maintain work areas including ice, glassware, and paper supplies
- Remove soiled wares from bar tops and tables
- Maintain cleanliness and condition of bar, bar unit, tables, following all guidelines
- Follow company safety and security policies and report any accidents or unsafe conditions
- Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards
- Assist guests with disabilities and address service needs
- Ensure professional communication and positive working relationships
- Adhere to quality expectations and standards
- Perform physical tasks including lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling objects up to 50 pounds
- Follow supervisors' instructions for reasonable job duties
