Ability to complete opening and closing duties
Capacity to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds

Job Duties

Complete opening and closing duties including setting up supplies and tools
Clean all equipment and work areas
Lock doors and ensure security at shift end
Set up, stock, and maintain work areas including ice, glassware, and paper supplies
Remove soiled wares from bar tops and tables
Maintain cleanliness and condition of bar, bar unit, tables, following all guidelines
Follow company safety and security policies and report any accidents or unsafe conditions
Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards
Assist guests with disabilities and address service needs
Ensure professional communication and positive working relationships
Adhere to quality expectations and standards
Perform physical tasks including lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling objects up to 50 pounds
Follow supervisors' instructions for reasonable job duties
