Job Requirements
- Minimum CMS Level 1 Certification
- High school or equivalent education required
- 3-4 years of fine dining leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of wine and food pairing
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and staff
- Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds regularly
- Ability to stand and move for extended periods
- Must maintain professional grooming and appearance
- Must be minimum age to serve alcohol
- Basic math and POS skills
- Ability to work in varying temperature environments
- Must be reliable and detail-oriented
- Willingness to learn and accept feedback
Job Qualifications
- Minimum CMS Level 1 Certification
- Fine dining or upscale steakhouse experience preferred
- Strong understanding of classic wine regions, varietals, and food pairings
- Confident communicator with guest-first approach
- Ability to work in fast-paced, high-expectation environments
- Professional demeanor and attention to detail
- 3-4 years of fine dining leadership experience
- Extensive food and wine knowledge
- Must be minimum age to serve alcohol
- High school or equivalent education
- Motivated to progress in fine dining
- Basic math skills and POS operation
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
- MS Level two certification preferred
Job Duties
- Recommend and sell wine to guests on the floor
- Manage inventory and maintenance of wine cellar
- Oversee and assist front of house team with service elements
- Facilitate communication between FOH and BOH
- Conduct continuous wine training and provide training for new hires
- Participate in pre-shift meetings and learn new menu items
- Maintain a clean and safe environment in dining and service areas
