Job Requirements

  • High school or equivalent education
  • minimum CMS Level 1 Certification
  • 3-4 years of fine dining leadership experience
  • must be minimum age to serve alcohol
  • professional demeanor
  • ability to communicate effectively
  • excellent guest service skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • strong organizational skills
  • willingness to learn and accept constructive feedback
  • physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 pounds
  • must maintain neat and well-groomed appearance

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum CMS Level 1 Certification
  • fine dining or upscale steakhouse experience strongly preferred
  • strong understanding of classic wine regions, varietals, and food pairings
  • confident communicator with a calm, guest-first approach
  • ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-expectation environment
  • professional demeanor, reliability, and attention to detail
  • 3-4 years of fine dining leadership experience
  • extensive food and wine knowledge
  • must be minimum age to serve alcohol
  • high school or equivalent education required
  • excellent basic math skills and ability to operate POS and Microsoft-based computer systems
  • familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and strong financial acumen
  • MS Level two certification preferred

Job Duties

  • Resolve guest issues
  • make menu suggestions
  • deliver food and drinks to tables

  • oversee service staff
