Job Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of related work experience
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- Capability to lift and carry objects up to 50 pounds
- Effective communication skills
- Adherence to safety and security policies
- Flexibility to perform additional duties as needed

Job Duties
- Ensure staff works cooperatively to provide optimal service
- Inspect staff grooming and attire and correct deficiencies
- Complete opening and closing duties including setup, cleaning, and securing areas
- Monitor storage areas for organization, cleanliness, and FIFO use
- Conduct inventories and manage stock requisitions
- Oversee dining room seating, service, safety, and guest well-being
- Assist in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, and disciplining employees
- Serve as a role model and first contact for Fair Treatment and Open Door policies
- Enforce company safety procedures and report hazards
- Welcome and interact with guests using professional communication
- Promote positive team dynamics and address employee concerns
- Maintain quality standards and identify opportunities for efficiency and cost-savings
- Perform physical tasks including lifting, reaching, and navigating various workspaces
- Complete other duties as assigned by supervisors
