Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of related work experience
  • At least 1 year of supervisory experience
  • Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
  • Capability to lift and carry objects up to 50 pounds
  • Effective communication skills
  • Adherence to safety and security policies
  • Flexibility to perform additional duties as needed

Job Duties

  • Ensure staff works cooperatively to provide optimal service
  • Inspect staff grooming and attire and correct deficiencies
  • Complete opening and closing duties including setup, cleaning, and securing areas
  • Monitor storage areas for organization, cleanliness, and FIFO use
  • Conduct inventories and manage stock requisitions
  • Oversee dining room seating, service, safety, and guest well-being
  • Assist in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, and disciplining employees
  • Serve as a role model and first contact for Fair Treatment and Open Door policies
  • Enforce company safety procedures and report hazards
  • Welcome and interact with guests using professional communication
  • Promote positive team dynamics and address employee concerns
  • Maintain quality standards and identify opportunities for efficiency and cost-savings
  • Perform physical tasks including lifting, reaching, and navigating various workspaces
  • Complete other duties as assigned by supervisors
