Job Requirements
- Full availability including overnights and weekends
- Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods
- Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds
- Ability to navigate narrow, confined, or elevated spaces
- Ability to reach overhead and below knees including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping
- Commitment to maintaining professional appearance and grooming
- Willingness to adhere to company safety and security policies
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- At least 2 years of related work experience
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Experience in hospitality or food service environments
- Knowledge of safety and security policies and procedures
- Ability to foster teamwork and positive working relationships
Job Duties
- Ensure staff is working together as a team to ensure optimum service and that guest needs are met
- Inspect grooming and attire of staff and rectify any deficiencies
- Complete opening and closing duties including setting up necessary supplies and tools, cleaning all equipment and areas, locking doors
- Inspect storage areas for organization, use of FIFO, and cleanliness
- Complete scheduled inventories and stock and requisition necessary supplies
- Monitor dining rooms for seating availability, service, safety, and well being of guests
- Complete work orders for maintenance repairs
