Job Requirements
- Minimum 3-4 years of fine-dining leadership or sommelier experience
- strong knowledge of wine regions, varietals, pairings, and service standards
- ability to communicate clearly and professionally with guests, FOH, and BOH teams
- strong organizational skills with the ability to manage wine inventory and administrative tasks
- experience with POS systems
- flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- must meet the minimum legal age to serve alcohol
- ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs
- ability to bend, reach, stretch, and move in tight or fast-paced dining spaces
- ability to work in varying temperatures
- ability to stand or walk for extended periods
Job Qualifications

- BINWISE or Indesign experience preferred

- must meet the minimum legal age to serve alcohol
- MS Level II certification preferred
- ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs, including wine cases and trays

- ability to work in varying temperatures, including wine cellars, kitchens, and storage areas
- ability to stand or walk for extended periods or entire shifts
Job Duties
- Provide warm, polished, and professional wine service in accordance with restaurant standards
- recommend and sell wine selections tailored to guest preferences, menus, and experiences
- maintain and organize the wine cellar, wine lists, and all wine-related collateral
- conduct monthly wine inventories and assist with budgeting and cost control
- mentor and train the service team through ongoing wine education and onboarding support
- collaborate with servers, captains, chefs, and managers to ensure seamless service and communication
- support overall dining room operations, including describing dishes, assisting with service, resolving guest concerns, and enhancing the guest experience
- uphold all health, safety, and sanitation policies
- perform other duties as assigned
