Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Four years experience in culinary, food and beverage, or related professional area
- OR two-year degree in Culinary Arts, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major
- Two years experience in culinary, food and beverage, or related professional area
- Ability to supervise and lead kitchen staff
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to manage kitchen operations and budgets
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Develops new culinary applications and creative ideas for the specialty restaurant
- Supervises specialty restaurant kitchen shift operations ensuring policy compliance
- Maintains food preparation, handling, and storage standards
- Plans and manages food quantities and plating requirements
- Assists in developing daily and seasonal menu items
- Supervises and coordinates cooks and food preparation workers
- Leads the kitchen team by example and manages day-to-day kitchen operations
