Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

  • minimum four years of experience in a high-volume restaurant

Job Duties

  • prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner food items according to guest orders and production requirements
  • comply with health and hygiene standards in food preparation
  • follow policies and procedures related to allergens and dietary requirements
  • control timing of tickets at respective kitchen stations
  • complete requisition sheets and report kitchen maintenance needs
  • maintain a safe and sanitary work environment
  • assist management in ensuring food quality and creating new dishes
