Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • No prior related work experience required
  • No supervisory experience required
  • Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged periods
  • Ability to lift, move, and carry items up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to use fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination
  • Must be able to navigate on uneven or slippery surfaces and climb stairs or ramps

Job Duties

  • Provide professional, courteous, and efficient food and beverage service to all guests
  • Clean and set tables in the dining area
  • Serve water, bread, and coffee, greeting guests by name whenever possible
  • Stack trays properly for efficient clearing
  • Ensure safety standards are maintained at all times
  • Complete closing tasks including storing reusable items, cleaning equipment and areas, locking refrigerators, restocking supplies, turning off lights, closing doors, and completing daily cleaning checklists
  • Maintain and organize work areas, inspect cleanliness and presentation of china, glass, and silverware
  • Maintain cleanliness during the day and comply with health and safety standards
  • Follow company safety policies and appearance standards
  • Welcome and serve guests according to company standards and anticipate service needs
  • Develop positive working relationships and support team goals
  • Communicate clearly and professionally
  • Perform physical activities such as standing, walking, lifting up to 50 pounds safely
  • Perform other reasonable duties as assigned by supervisors
