Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- No prior related work experience required
- No supervisory experience required
- Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged periods
- Ability to lift, move, and carry items up to 50 pounds
- Ability to use fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination
- Must be able to navigate on uneven or slippery surfaces and climb stairs or ramps
- Ability to perform physical tasks including reaching, bending, twisting, pulling, and leaning
- Willingness to perform other reasonable tasks as directed by supervisors
- Must adhere to company safety policies and appearance standards
- Must maintain confidentiality and protect company assets

Job Duties
- Provide professional, courteous, and efficient food and beverage service to all guests
- Clean and set tables in the dining area
- Serve water, bread, and coffee, greeting guests by name whenever possible
- Stack trays properly for efficient clearing
- Ensure safety standards are maintained at all times
- Complete closing tasks including storing reusable items, cleaning equipment and areas, locking refrigerators, restocking supplies, turning off lights, closing doors, and completing daily cleaning checklists
- Maintain and organize work areas, inspect cleanliness and presentation of china, glass, and silverware
- Maintain cleanliness during the day and comply with health and safety standards
- Follow company safety policies and appearance standards
- Welcome and serve guests according to company standards and anticipate service needs
- Develop positive working relationships and support team goals
- Communicate clearly and professionally
- Perform physical activities such as standing, walking, lifting up to 50 pounds safely
- Perform other reasonable duties as assigned by supervisors
