Job Requirements
- Ability to greet and engage guests professionally
- capable of standing or sitting for extended periods
- able to walk, reach, handle objects, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl as needed
- clear verbal communication skills
- capability to work in a moderate to loud environment
- must be able to observe and monitor guests and gaming machines
- flexibility to work various shifts
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous customer service experience
- ability to work well within a team

Job Duties
- Greeting guests as they enter and putting them on a waiting list as necessary
- providing guests with menus and answering any initial questions
- seating guests at tables or in waiting areas
- assigning guests to tables they prefer while keeping table rotation in mind so servers receive the right number of customers
- engaging with guests to ensure they are happy with food and service
- responding to complaints and helping to resolve them
- answering phone calls, taking reservations, and answering questions
- maintaining knowledge of Bourbon and Brew menu
- providing great customer service
- performing other duties as assigned
