Job Requirements

  • At least 21 years of age
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Three years management experience in casual dining or high-volume food and beverage environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Effective leadership and decision making
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Working knowledge of kitchen equipment and sanitation guidelines
  • Required work cards including TAM, Health and Non-Gaming
  • Ability to walk and stand continuously indoors more than 75 percent of the time
  • Ability to lift, push, pull, carry, bend and kneel up to 50 percent of the time
  • Ability to use chemical agents and wear protective equipment less than 25 percent of the time
  • Ability to frequently lift or move objects up to 20 pounds
  • Ability to work in smoky, noisy, hot or cold environments
  • Hearing, vision, speech and literacy capabilities

Job Qualifications

  • Three years management experience in casual dining or high-volume food and beverage outlet
  • Excellent written, verbal and group presentation communication skills
  • Effective leadership techniques including staff development and decision making
  • Program and system planning skills
  • Statistical reporting and cost-benefit analysis skills
  • Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Working knowledge of kitchen equipment and sanitation guidelines
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree preferred

Job Duties

  • Manages hiring, training, scheduling, developing and disciplining staff to maintain standards
  • Oversees and enforces standards of service and addresses failure to meet standards
  • Monitors staff to ensure outstanding guest service and handles guest concerns or complaints
  • Continuously evaluates processes and procedures for efficiency improvements
  • Reviews financial reports including profit and loss statements and payroll to meet budget goals
  • Ensures management staff comply with company policies and culinary contracts
  • Maintains cleanliness, organization, and proper functioning of restaurants and equipment
  • Ensures adherence to health, safety, and sanitation standards
  • Performs additional duties as assigned by management
