Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- minimum of 5-10 years of relevant experience in bottling, beverage, or manufacturing operations
- strong leadership experience managing teams in a production environment
- demonstrated experience designing and/or implementing OSHA, HACCP, and USDA programs
- strong verbal and written communication skills
- solid understanding of beverage processing and associated production equipment
- proven ability to drive results through process improvement and performance management
Job Qualifications

- solid understanding of beverage processing and associated production equipment
- proven ability to drive results through process improvement and performance management
- knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies
- experience in alcohol beverage or consumer packaged goods manufacturing
- working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- experience supporting regulatory audits and external inspections
- background contributing to cost savings or CAPEX planning initiatives
Job Duties
- Lead and manage daily bottling operations to meet production schedules within safety, quality, cost, and regulatory requirements
- supervise, train, and develop bottling supervisors and team members through coaching, performance reviews, and development planning
- ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, TTB, HACCP, and other applicable regulatory and quality standards
- monitor production efficiency, quality metrics, and KPIs
- identify issues and implement corrective actions and process improvements
- partner with cross-functional teams to support new product launches, operational improvements, and cost savings initiatives
- promote a positive, safety-focused culture aligned with company values and Best Place to Work goals
