Job Requirements
- Ability to make anywhere from $750 - $10,000+ a month depending on the number of Boot Parties booked
- Role is 100 percent commission based as a 1099 employee
- Held to a quarterly quota
- Flexible work from home options available
- Must be capable of hosting and organizing social events
- Must have reliable internet access for social media marketing
- Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Must be self-motivated and able to work independently
- Must be organized and detail oriented

- Extrovert personality
- Natural sales ability with some experience selling
- Initiative - the smarts to do things without hand holding
- Good sense of humor and thick skin
- Love for hard work
- Above and beyond attitude to help others - wants to help customers/employees even when it is outside your job responsibilities

Job Duties
- Connect our Boot Party Fitting team with people who want to try on boots - we roll out the red carpet for guests to have the best boot-buying experience in the industry
- Plan, build, and maintain Boot Parties to ensure attendance
- Build a client list and develop those relationships
- Social media marketing for Alvies in your market
- Form local partnerships - get people to host the party for you
- Manage bookings
- Help organize weekly schedules with multiple Boot Parties
