- obtain and maintain a current food handlers card and OLCC card
- 21+ years of age
- previous related experience preferred
- flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays preferred
- enjoy working in a busy customer service-oriented environment

Job Duties
- greeting incoming customers
- working with the host station in seating guests or directing them to preferred seating
- providing knowledgeable service to tables
- taking food and beverage orders
- delivering products in a timely manner
- serving food, beer, wine, and spirits
- bussing tables and restocking supplies
- placing orders on a POS system and collecting payment
- dishwashing and general cleaning
- maintaining customer relations with all guests
- setting up and breaking down service and work areas
- balancing bookwork and turning in all receipts at the end of shifts
