Job Requirements
- Must be able to stand, walk, sit, touch, climb, lift and read for extended periods
- Ability to regularly and safely lift and move boxes, supplies and materials weighing 25 pounds or more
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced, noisy environment
- Maintain sanitation and food safety standards consistently
- Excellent attendance and punctuality required
- Ability to follow company policies and procedures
- Completion of 180-day introductory period with satisfactory performance
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a food preparation or pizza making role preferred
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Attention to detail in food quality and presentation
- Flexibility in work schedule to meet business needs
Job Duties
- Be in proper dress and a professional appearance at all times
- Be on time all the time and follow call in procedures if absent
- Proficient in dough mixing, hand-stretching dough and keeping up with product demand
- Produce pizzas, garlic knots, stromboli and other restaurant products
- Ensure proper food quality, appearance and cleanliness of work area
- Follow and have in-depth knowledge of proper food handling procedures and regulations
- Maintain positive and professional relationships with co-workers, supervisors and guests
- Notify supervisor regarding food supplies, inventory and other materials
- Act in accordance with company policies, restaurant specifications and food/beverage regulations
- Report to restaurant supervisor
- Have fun while performing duties
