Job Requirements

  • must be able to stand walk sit touch climb lift and read see for extended periods of time 8 hours plus
  • must be able to regularly and safely lift and move boxes supplies and materials weighing 25 lbs or more
  • must be able to work in a fast-paced noisy and sometimes limited movement environment
  • must be able to maintain sanitation food safety and other food service environment requirements

Job Duties

  • be in proper dress wear nametag etc and a professional appearance at all times
  • be on time all the time your attendance is essential follow all call in procedures if you will be absent
  • proficient in dough mixing hand-stretching dough and fast enough to keep up with product demand
  • produces product for restaurant including but not limited to pizzas garlic knots and stromboli
  • ensures proper food quality appearance and ensures that the work area is kept clean
  • follows and has in-depth knowledge of proper food handling procedures and regulations
  • keeps a positive professional relationship with co-workers supervisors and guests at all times
  • notify supervisor regarding levels of food supplies inventory and other materials as needed
  • acts in accordance with company policies restaurant specifications and food beverage regulations
  • reports to restaurant supervisor
  • have fun
