Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of management experience in restaurant or food service industry
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations, food safety regulations, financial reports, and inventory management
- Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Resourceful and creative problem-solving skills
- Must be at least 18 years old with valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Available to work any shift including nights, weekends, and holidays with a 50-hour work week
- Ability to bend, stand, kneel frequently and lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work in high-paced environment

Job Duties
- Hiring, training, and motivating a team to provide exceptional Southern Hospitality
- Ensuring efficient daily operations, maintaining high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and safety
- Driving sales and profitability through effective cost control, inventory management, and strategic planning
- Cultivating a positive dining experience and resolving customer concerns professionally
- Fostering external relationships including recruitment and sales growth through catering and digital platforms
- Overseeing regulatory compliance and safety standards
- Managing financial reports and controlling operational costs
