Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of management experience in restaurant or food service industry
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team
  • Strong understanding of restaurant operations, food safety regulations, financial reports, and inventory management
  • Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Resourceful and creative problem-solving skills
  • Must be at least 18 years old with valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Available to work any shift including nights, weekends, and holidays with a 50-hour work week
  • Ability to bend, stand, kneel frequently and lift up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to work in high-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Hiring, training, and motivating a team to provide exceptional Southern Hospitality
  • Ensuring efficient daily operations, maintaining high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and safety
  • Driving sales and profitability through effective cost control, inventory management, and strategic planning
  • Cultivating a positive dining experience and resolving customer concerns professionally
  • Fostering external relationships including recruitment and sales growth through catering and digital platforms
  • Overseeing regulatory compliance and safety standards
  • Managing financial reports and controlling operational costs
