Job Duties
- Support all BOH roles and perform when needed including dishwasher, prep cook, and cook
- assist with the training of new and existing BOH employees
- manage all BOH employees including delegating responsibilities and enforcing procedures
- ensure BOH facility cleanliness
- comply with sanitation, safety, personal hygiene, and health standards
- report equipment repair and coordinate maintenance with the General Manager
- plan food production to preserve quality and appearance
- maintain daily production records and assist with inventory control
- support all FOH roles and perform when needed including host, busser, cashier, bartender, server, and phones
- assist with training of new and existing FOH employees
- manage FOH employees and delegate shift responsibilities
- ensure FOH area cleanliness
- assist in problem solving FOH issues
- interact with guests in a fast and friendly manner
- maintain knowledge of food preparation and menu ingredients
- answer menu questions
- use Foodtec POS system
- perform cleaning side work in dining area
- comply with sanitation and safety standards
- perform opening and closing activities including cash handling
- complete required service paperwork
- maintain uniform and neat appearance
- perform other duties as assigned
