Job Duties

  • Support all BOH roles and perform when needed including dishwasher, prep cook, and cook
  • assist with the training of new and existing BOH employees
  • manage all BOH employees including delegating responsibilities and enforcing procedures
  • ensure BOH facility cleanliness
  • comply with sanitation, safety, personal hygiene, and health standards
  • report equipment repair and coordinate maintenance with the General Manager
  • plan food production to preserve quality and appearance
  • maintain daily production records and assist with inventory control
  • support all FOH roles and perform when needed including host, busser, cashier, bartender, server, and phones
  • assist with training of new and existing FOH employees
  • manage FOH employees and delegate shift responsibilities
  • ensure FOH area cleanliness
  • assist in problem solving FOH issues
  • interact with guests in a fast and friendly manner
  • maintain knowledge of food preparation and menu ingredients
  • answer menu questions
  • use Foodtec POS system
  • perform cleaning side work in dining area
  • comply with sanitation and safety standards
  • perform opening and closing activities including cash handling
  • complete required service paperwork
  • maintain uniform and neat appearance
  • perform other duties as assigned
