Job Requirements
- One or more years of experience in dishwashing or comparable position
- Ability to operate dish machines, cleaning tools, and other required equipment safely
- Ability to follow instructions, anticipate needs, and multitask
- Can work individually and within a team environment
- Must be able to work on feet for at least eight hours
- Must be able to move, pull or lift at least 35 pounds
- Must be able to climb stairs multiple times per shift
Job Qualifications
- One or more years of experience in dishwashing or comparable position
- Ability to operate dish machines, cleaning tools, and other required equipment safely

- Capability to work individually and within a team environment
Job Duties
- Wash dishes, glasses, pots and pans by hand or via commercial dish/glass washer
- Quickly and safely polish a wide variety of glassware
- Go up and down stairs carrying glassware trays
- Dry and polish all serviceware, glassware and flatware
- Maintain guest and staff restrooms in service
- Break down stations at the end of service
- Report any maintenance deficiencies to appropriate resource
- Sweep and mop floors, vacuum carpets
- Remove garbage and waste to compactors or recycling bins
- Maintain cleanliness of dining rooms, kitchens, restrooms and outside areas
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
