- At least 1 year of kitchen experience
- Experience making Neapolitan style pizzas
- Ability to hand stretch pizza dough
- Ability to master pizza production in a hand-crafted pizza oven
- Ability to work efficiently during busy service
- Exceptional eye for detail
- Must be able to stand for at least 8 hours and lift at least 50 pounds
