- experience making Neapolitan style pizzas
- hand stretch pizza dough
- master pizza production in a hand crafted pizza oven
- work a busy service smoothly
- exceptional eye for detail
- work in high volume
- follow DOH standards
- able to stand for long periods of time
- able to lift 50+ pounds
- able to withstand both hot and cold working conditions
- available for nights and weekends
