- excellent communication skills
- experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment is a plus
- knowledge of food safety standards
Job Duties
- Ensure kitchen, food prep areas, and food storage areas meet cleaning standards
- maintain a safe work environment and work safely
- prepare menu items following recipe guidelines
- monitor product freshness and rotate product as scheduled
- support team members and contribute to other departments when needed
