Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a culinary position or Culinary Arts degree
- Positive and enthusiastic attitude
- General knife handling skill
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation
- Excellent communication and organizational skills

Job Duties
- Execute menu items from start to finish including preparation of ingredients butchery of proteins cooking and plating of dishes
- Participate in the preparation and development of new menu items
- Hone existing culinary skills while learning new techniques and building skill set
- Work collaboratively with back-of-house and front-of-house staff
- Maintain cleanliness of all back-of-house work areas including refrigeration cooking equipment and prep stations
- Participate in deep cleaning of back-of-house areas
- Support other team members and foster a positive work environment
