Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a restaurant kitchen or similar environment preferred
  • Ability to work full-time including day, evening, and weekend shifts
  • Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 100 lbs, and perform manual dexterity tasks
  • Compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

  • Strong culinary skills in food preparation and recipe execution
  • Knowledge of OSHA, HACCP, and local health and safety regulations
  • Ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation

Job Duties

  • Maintain a good image of the company and help create a positive dining experience through teamwork and service
  • Ensure the company serves a quality menu
  • Respond to all guest complaints timely, taking appropriate actions to ensure a positive experience
  • Execute the highest standards of OSHA, HACCP, local health and safety codes, and company policies
  • Ensure all sanitary practices for food handling, cleanliness, and kitchen maintenance
  • Work cooperatively with front of house staff and management to meet sales and food cost goals
  • Perform food preparation and recipe execution according to established standards
