Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests, managers, and team members
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Basic knowledge and understanding of math
- Ability to exercise judgment and make decisions based on job knowledge and awareness of company goals
- Ability to listen carefully to guest requests and execute them in a timely manner
- Must be able to sit at a computer for long periods of time
- Must be able to operate a company vehicle or golf cart
- Must be able to work outside in all weather conditions
Job Qualifications

- Hotel front of house operations experience preferred

Job Duties
- Completes pre-arrival emails and calls prior to guest arrival to book activities, spa services, and schedule dining times
- Be a point of contact for guests prior to their arrival to inform guests of special happenings during their stay and to answer any questions they may have
- Gathers and tracks guest information and preferences by maintaining the guest database
- Creates unique memorial experiences for guests
- Reviews traces daily and confirms information with other departments
- Audits activity and spa bookings to ensure accuracy
- Communicates accurate guest information and preferences to other team members and departments
- Monitors website content to ensure accurate event information is posted
