Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in baking or food preparation preferred
- Ability to follow precise written instructions
- Knowledge of kitchen safety and hygiene practices
- Ability to use kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Good physical stamina and manual dexterity
- Willingness to work overnight shifts
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Capacity to work in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to maintain cleanliness and order in workstation

Job Duties
- Measure and mix ingredients into dough according to a recipe
- Observe all safety rules and regulations including use of personal protective equipment
- Operate and monitor mixing equipment, scales, and meters according to established standards and procedures
- Ensure all ingredients are set up prior to start of production to aid efficiency
- Accurately weigh and measure ingredients and materials, making manual adjustments as necessary
- Place dough in pans, molds, or on sheets and bake in oven
- Observe products while cooking and adjust controls
- Use exact measurements and adhere to strict timing
- Load ingredients into mixing machine
- Mix icings and other toppings and decorate cookies
- Use a variety of kitchen tools including electric mixers, pans, rolling pins, and cutting tools
- Stay organized and focused on work at all times
- Check and confirm quantities produced against orders and store orders
- Communicate creative ideas to Executive Chef
- Stay alert to identify signs of spoilage or substandard quality in ingredients
- Organize workstation before leaving, including cleaning floor bins and grains
- Know all safety buttons and shutoffs within the work area
- Print and manage orders from Outlook and add to standing order list
