Job Duties
- Follow recipes and procedures to maintain food quality and consistency
- adhere to safety and sanitation procedures and all R and R standards
- restock cook stations and keep them clean and organized
- stand and walk for an entire shift
- set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
- prepare food for service, such as chopping vegetables, portioning, or preparing sauces
- cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the crew
- clean up station and take care of leftover food
- stock inventory appropriately
- comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
- maintain a positive and professional approach with crewmates and fans
