Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in customer service or administrative role preferred
- basic computer skills
- excellent communication skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- professional appearance and demeanor
- reliable and punctual
- cash handling experience preferred
- automotive or collision repair experience a plus

Job Duties
- Greet customers promptly and professionally in person and by phone
- schedule repair appointments and estimate consultations
- check customers in and out for vehicle drop-off and pick-up
- collect required documentation such as insurance info, deductible payments, signatures
- explain basic repair process timelines and next steps
- maintain a clean, organized front office and waiting area
- answer and route incoming phone calls
- respond to emails and online inquiries
- assist with data entry into management systems such as CCC ONE or similar estimating software
- scan and upload documents, photos, and insurance paperwork
- process payments and issue receipts
- maintain filing systems both digital and physical
