Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in customer service or administrative role preferred
  • basic computer skills
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • professional appearance and demeanor
  • reliable and punctual
  • cash handling experience preferred
  • automotive or collision repair experience a plus

Job Duties

  • Greet customers promptly and professionally in person and by phone
  • schedule repair appointments and estimate consultations
  • check customers in and out for vehicle drop-off and pick-up
  • collect required documentation such as insurance info, deductible payments, signatures
  • explain basic repair process timelines and next steps
  • maintain a clean, organized front office and waiting area
  • answer and route incoming phone calls
  • respond to emails and online inquiries
  • assist with data entry into management systems such as CCC ONE or similar estimating software
  • scan and upload documents, photos, and insurance paperwork
  • process payments and issue receipts
  • maintain filing systems both digital and physical
