Job Requirements
- Understanding of accounting functions experience strongly preferred
- Multi-line phone experience and ability to multi-task
- Valid driver’s license acceptable driving record
- Excellent attendance record
- Must successfully complete pre-employment criminal background and motor vehicle record check
- Proven history of strong customer-oriented skills required

Job Duties
- Greet customers and determine nature of their visit
- Answer incoming calls
- Type memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents
- Generate repair orders and audit for accuracy
- Accept payment from guests
- Update customers on progress of their vehicle
- Perform other duties as assigned
