Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in reception or customer service preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel and Outlook
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Availability to work full-time
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
Job Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and comfort working with dealership management systems
- Previous receptionist or customer service experience, preferably in an automotive setting, is a plus
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and a customer-oriented attitude
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Bilingual skills (Spanish/English) are a plus but not required
Job Duties
- Greet customers in person and over the phone with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Schedule repair appointments and coordinate with estimators, technicians, and insurance partners
- Check customers in and out, ensuring all required documentation is completed accurately
- Maintain organized records of repair orders, estimates, invoices, and customer files
- Communicate repair status updates to customers in a timely and clear manner
- Assist with processing payments and verifying insurance information when needed
- Support the body shop manager and team with administrative tasks and daily workflow
- Enter and update data in internal systems
- generate reports as requested
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries efficiently and professionally
- Ensure the reception area is clean, welcoming, and well-organized
