Job Duties

  • Safely drive customer vehicles from service drive, service bays and parking lots
  • Assist with customer return and delivery of serviced vehicles
  • Assist service advisors in making key tags for incoming vehicles
  • Maintain overall cleanliness of the service department
  • Empty and clean all trash receptacles inside and out
  • Remove old scrap parts from the shop
  • Clean oil storage tanks, drains and dispose of oil filters
  • Assist technicians with oil and water spills and emptying drain tubs
  • Run errands as directed by department management
  • Meet customer service standards by achieving above district customer service information scores
  • Follow established safety protocols and report any equipment issues
  • Understand and comply with federal, state and local regulations affecting service operations
  • Safeguard dealership assets and customer data
  • Complete required training assigned through the company training portal
  • Adhere to consistent and reliable work schedule
  • Demonstrate ethical business practices and integrity
  • Perform other duties as assigned
