Job Duties
- Safely drive customer vehicles from service drive, service bays and parking lots
- Assist with customer return and delivery of serviced vehicles
- Assist service advisors in making key tags for incoming vehicles
- Maintain overall cleanliness of the service department
- Empty and clean all trash receptacles inside and out
- Remove old scrap parts from the shop
- Clean oil storage tanks, drains and dispose of oil filters
- Assist technicians with oil and water spills and emptying drain tubs
- Run errands as directed by department management
- Meet customer service standards by achieving above district customer service information scores
- Follow established safety protocols and report any equipment issues
- Understand and comply with federal, state and local regulations affecting service operations
- Safeguard dealership assets and customer data
- Complete required training assigned through the company training portal
- Adhere to consistent and reliable work schedule
- Demonstrate ethical business practices and integrity
- Perform other duties as assigned
