Job Requirements
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
- minimum education level - entry level
- minimum experience level - body shop experience preferred but not necessary
- in office Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
- organization and resourcefulness
- candidate must be dependable and a team player
- experience in working on a computer system with basics such as word and excel
- ability to learn various body shop operating systems
- knowledge of body shop billing including insurance billing
- experience working in and around the body shop industry
- detail oriented
- working well within a team environment

Job Duties
- Answering the phone
- insurance body shop billing
- taking in vehicles for estimates from customers
- scheduling estimates and vehicle repairs
- calling customers about the status of their vehicles
- emailing and faxing paperwork as needed
- working closely with the estimators and customers on repair process
- perform additional duties as assigned
