- More than 1 year of administrative experience preferably in a warehouse distribution environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Organizational and problem-solving skills

Job Duties
- Answer telephone calls from drivers, sales representatives, clients, and the general public
- Resolve problems professionally and efficiently to meet customer demands
- Ability to multitask
- Create and print labels for outgoing products
- Enter and retrieve order information in computer systems
- Complete and maintain all required documentation in an organized manner
- Communicate with all departments to ensure products are packed, labeled, and shipped accurately and timely
- Work with the Quality Control team to ensure Good Manufacturing Practices are followed
- Adhere to all company food safety policies, procedures, and training
