Job Duties
- Welcome guests and set the tone for their stay with warmth and personality
- Act as a Nashville insider - recommending music venues, restaurants, bars, events, and neighborhoods
- Manage arrivals, departures, reservations, and guest communication with care and accuracy
- Handle concierge-style requests including dining plans, directions, transportation, and event recommendations
- Anticipate guest needs and create thoughtful, personalized moments
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and leadership to ensure smooth operations
- Respond to guest requests and resolve issues with confidence and ownership
- Maintain a welcoming lobby and common spaces that reflect Bode's social, laid-back vibe
- Uphold brand standards while bringing your own personality to the guest experience
