Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous food and beverage or hosting experience preferred
  • Knowledge of POS system

Job Duties

  • Take food orders from guests and process orders in the point-of-sale system
  • Host guests, manage bocce court rentals, and assist with game rules and procedures
  • Ensure overall guest satisfaction and a memorable guest experience
  • Maintain cleanliness and aesthetic of service and bocce game areas
  • Stock service stations with items such as game equipment, ice, napkins, or straws
  • Pick up orders from the food preparation areas and ensure food is prepared accordingly
  • Prepare guest check and if appropriate, complete payment transaction
  • Adapt to dynamic roles such as expo, host and food ringer as needed
  • Be aware of guest satisfaction scores and work towards increasing departmental and overall guest satisfaction
  • Practice safe work habits, wear protective safety equipment and follow MSDS and OSHA standards
  • Perform other duties as requested by management
