Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous food and beverage or hosting experience preferred
- Knowledge of POS system
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Capability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and alternate shifts
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills

- Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization in work areas
Job Duties
- Take food orders from guests and process orders in the point-of-sale system
- Host guests, manage bocce court rentals, and assist with game rules and procedures
- Ensure overall guest satisfaction and a memorable guest experience
- Maintain cleanliness and aesthetic of service and bocce game areas
- Stock service stations with items such as game equipment, ice, napkins, or straws
- Pick up orders from the food preparation areas and ensure food is prepared accordingly
- Prepare guest check and if appropriate, complete payment transaction
- Adapt to dynamic roles such as expo, host and food ringer as needed
- Be aware of guest satisfaction scores and work towards increasing departmental and overall guest satisfaction
- Practice safe work habits, wear protective safety equipment and follow MSDS and OSHA standards
- Perform other duties as requested by management
