Specializing in casual dining with a dynamic bar and patio environment, Flanigan's offers a unique experience that combines quality food, refreshing beverages, and engaging service. The company prides itself on maintaining a clean, welcoming, and safe setting for all guests—to ensure every visit is memorable and enjoyable. With locations primarily in Florida, Flanigan's caters to a diverse clientele looking for great food and a friendly atmosphere. The organization values teamwork and dedication from its employees, recognizing that outstanding service begins with the behind-the-scenes roles that keep the dining environment running smoothly.

The role of a Busser at Flanigan's is essential in sustaining the high standards of cleanliness and readiness expected throughout the dining, bar, and patio areas. As a stagehand, the Busser is continuously cleaning and setting up these spaces to provide a delightful service experience to guests. This position supports not only the servers and bartenders but the entire team by ensuring that tables are promptly cleared and reset, and the restaurant environment is tidy and inviting. Bussers take on duties that range from removing trash and debris, clearing dishes and glassware quickly, to maintaining the overall cleanliness of restrooms and outdoor areas such as patios and parking lots.

This is an Other employment type position, tailored for individuals who thrive in active, fast-paced environments and take pride in facilitating excellent guest experiences through meticulous attention to detail in cleaning and preparation. The role requires physical endurance, including frequent bending, reaching, stooping, and the ability to lift heavy items up to 50 pounds. Bussers must be prepared to work in environments that may be damp or subject to varying temperatures both indoors and occasionally outdoors. Essential compliance requirements include completion and passing of the Florida Responsible Vendor program and food safety certification, ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations.

Working as a Busser at Flanigan's offers an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking to be part of a dynamic hospitality team focused on quality service and clean presentation. This role is pivotal in maintaining a positive flow within the restaurant, assisting guests indirectly by preparing the setting for their dining experience and supporting fellow staff members effectively. With a strong emphasis on teamwork, physical readiness, and compliance with safety standards, the Busser position provides an important foundation for those interested in pursuing broader career opportunities within the restaurant and hospitality industry.
