Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- available to work a minimum of three shifts per week including nights, weekends, and public holidays
- ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds including beer kegs
- ability to physically perform duties such as carrying trays, delivering drinks, and moving tables and chairs
- ability to obtain government required licenses or certificates
- strong customer service and problem-solving skills
- ability to work flexible schedules including training shifts before opening date
Job Qualifications
- At least one year of bartending experience in casual or fine-dining settings
- experience in food and beverage service within a hotel or resort setting is a plus
- excellent customer service skills
- ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
- strong knowledge of liquors, beers, and wines
- effective communication skills with guests, co-workers, and management
- positive and entrepreneurial attitude
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests
- maintain accurate bar inventory and cleanliness
- take correct drink orders and deliver prompt service
- collaborate with dining room and patio staff for seamless drink delivery
- ensure compliance with liquor laws and company policies
- support team members and contribute to a positive work environment
