Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 or older
  • Available for a minimum of 3 shifts per week
  • Able to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and public holidays
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds including beer kegs
  • Physically able to perform duties including carrying trays and moving tables
  • Self-driven with a positive, entrepreneurial attitude
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and resolve customer issues efficiently

Job Qualifications

  • Previous bartending experience of one year or more in casual or fine-dining settings
  • Experience in food and beverage service within a hotel or resort setting is a plus
  • Excellent customer service skills with a team-oriented attitude
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong knowledge of liquors, beers, and wines
  • Effective communication skills with guests and co-workers
  • Ability to obtain any government required license or certificate

Job Duties

  • Prepare and serve drinks accurately to customers and dining staff
  • Maintain bar inventory and cleanliness
  • Ensure prompt and courteous service to multiple tables
  • Collaborate with team members to support restaurant operations
  • Manage cash transactions and point-of-sale equipment
  • Adhere to safety and sanitation standards
  • Provide excellent customer service and handle guest inquiries
