Job Requirements
- Must be 18 or older
- Available for a minimum of 3 shifts per week
- Able to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and public holidays
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds including beer kegs
- Physically able to perform duties including carrying trays and moving tables
- Self-driven with a positive, entrepreneurial attitude
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and resolve customer issues efficiently
Job Qualifications
- Previous bartending experience of one year or more in casual or fine-dining settings
- Experience in food and beverage service within a hotel or resort setting is a plus
- Excellent customer service skills with a team-oriented attitude
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of liquors, beers, and wines
- Effective communication skills with guests and co-workers
- Ability to obtain any government required license or certificate
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve drinks accurately to customers and dining staff
- Maintain bar inventory and cleanliness
- Ensure prompt and courteous service to multiple tables
- Collaborate with team members to support restaurant operations
- Manage cash transactions and point-of-sale equipment
- Adhere to safety and sanitation standards
- Provide excellent customer service and handle guest inquiries
