Job Requirements
- Possess a valid Commercial Boating License or willingness to obtain one through park-offered training
- Ability to perform physical tasks including bending, lifting, and stair navigation
- Availability to work outdoors for the entire duration of shifts
- Must adhere to all safety guidelines and operational procedures
- Reliable and punctual with a strong sense of responsibility
- Ability to work collaboratively with team members
- Good communication skills
Job Qualifications

- Strong physical fitness to handle lifting and bending
- Experience in boat operation preferred but not required due to training availability

Job Duties
- Operate the 40-foot pontoon boat Blue Heron safely and efficiently
- Collaborate with dock attendant and rope handler to manage boat operations
- Perform all duties outdoors in various weather conditions throughout the shift
- Ensure passenger safety and comfort during boat rides
- Handle physical tasks including bending, lifting, and navigating stairs
- Participate in training programs for boating operation and safety
- Comply with all park safety regulations and boating laws
