Job Requirements

  • Medical degree (MD)
  • board certification in internal medicine
  • graduation from a U.S.-based medical training program
  • licensure eligibility or current licensure in Arizona
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • commitment to patient-centered care and preventive medicine
  • ability to manage a patient panel of 500-600 individuals

Job Qualifications

  • Board certified in internal medicine
  • graduate of a U.S.-based medical training program
  • eligible for or able to obtain and maintain medical licensure in the State of Arizona
  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • demonstrated commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-focused care

Job Duties

  • Provide 100% outpatient care
  • deliver relationship-driven care that fosters trust, continuity, and improved health outcomes
  • demonstrate a strong commitment to preventive medicine and long-term patient wellness
  • maintain a patient-first philosophy, dedicating time and attention beyond symptom management to comprehensive care
  • schedule patient visits including standard 30-minute consultations and longer comprehensive physical examinations
  • ensure 24/7 availability and direct physician accessibility for patients
  • collaborate with practice team to enhance healthcare delivery and patient satisfaction
