Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Greets all customers entering the service area with a friendly, professional attitude answering any questions and/or directing them to the appropriate person or location
- Verifies customer appointments and all relevant customer information such as name, VIN, tag number, mileage, etc.
- Helps with loaner vehicles and parks vehicles after they have been written up
- Perform vehicle inspections, photographing and noting vehicle condition, installs disposable protective coverings such as seat covers and floor mats and tags in all vehicles brought in for service
- Delivers keys and repair order paperwork to the appropriate personnel or designated area after parking vehicle
- Retrieves vehicles for customers when picking up, delivering the vehicle and thanking customers for their business
- Helps maintain a clean and safe service area by performing general cleaning duties like trash removal and sweeping
- Helps maintain clean vehicles, including client and inventory vehicles
- Follows all safety and security procedures
- Performs other duties as assigned
