- previous experience in automotive or related fields preferred
- strong organizational skills
- ability to multitask efficiently
- excellent communication skills
- physical ability to lift heavy items and stand for long periods
- valid driver’s license with a clean record
- ability to work full-time in both office and shop environments
- willingness to perform physical labor and drive as needed
Job Qualifications

- previous experience in an automotive industry or similar role preferred but not required
- strong organizational and time-management skills
- ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- good verbal and written communication skills
- ability to interact effectively with team members, customers, and vendors
- ability to lift and carry heavy items
- ability to stand for extended periods
- perform physical tasks as needed
- valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Job Duties
- Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records
- restock shelves
- organize parts in the shop
- support technicians and service staff by preparing and organizing tools, equipment, and parts
- provide excellent customer service when interacting with vendors, customers, and internal staff
- assist in maintaining a clean and organized shop environment
- accurately complete and file paperwork related to parts deliveries, inventory levels, and other relevant documentation
- adhere to all safety protocols and regulations
