Job Requirements
- Must have a Food Service Manager Certification completed within 90 days of hire
- able to lift up to 20 pounds often and 50 pounds rarely
- able to work indoors in a climate-controlled environment
- able to stand and walk for long periods, and occasionally sit, squat, kneel, and climb
- able to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
Job Qualifications

- great communication skills with the ability to listen and follow instructions
- customer service experience preferred

Job Duties
- Maintain a positive attitude and the highest levels of professionalism
- greet customers promptly with kindness and respect
- provide the highest level of customer service by understanding and exceeding customer needs
- describe Blossom Bar items and make recommendations
- remain calm under pressure during busy periods
- maintain a clean and organized workspace with a "clean as you go" approach
- prepare and serve menu items following recipes while minimizing food waste
- follow all food prep, quality control, portion control, and safety policies
- ensure a solid understanding of food safety
- work safely and productively
