Job Requirements

  • Must have a Food Service Manager Certification completed within 90 days of hire
  • able to lift up to 20 pounds often and 50 pounds rarely
  • able to work indoors in a climate-controlled environment
  • able to stand and walk for long periods, and occasionally sit, squat, kneel, and climb
  • able to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, and weekends

Job Qualifications

  • Food Service Manager Certification completed within 90 days of hire

  • customer service experience preferred

  • understanding of food safety and quality control

Job Duties

  • Maintain a positive attitude and the highest levels of professionalism
  • greet customers promptly with kindness and respect
  • provide the highest level of customer service by understanding and exceeding customer needs
  • describe Blossom Bar items and make recommendations
  • remain calm under pressure during busy periods
  • maintain a clean and organized workspace with a "clean as you go" approach
  • prepare and serve menu items following recipes while minimizing food waste
  • follow all food prep, quality control, portion control, and safety policies
  • ensure a solid understanding of food safety
  • work safely and productively
