Job Requirements

Food Service Manager Certification completed within 90 days of hire
Ability to lift up to 20 pounds frequently and 50 pounds rarely
Ability to work indoors in a climate-controlled environment
Ability to stand and walk for long periods, sit, squat, kneel occasionally, and climb rarely
Willingness to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, and weekends

Job Qualifications

Food Service Manager Certification completed within 90 days of hire
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stress
Knowledge of food safety and quality control practices
Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization in work area
Ability to follow recipes and portion control guidelines

Job Duties

Maintain a positive attitude and the highest levels of professionalism
Greet all customers promptly with kindness, respect, and enthusiasm
Provide the highest level of customer service, going above and beyond to meet customer needs
Describe Blossom Bar items to customers and assist with recommendations
Remain calm during high stress moments and manage multiple orders
Maintain a clean and organized workspace using a clean as you go attitude
Prepare and serve items following recipes while minimizing food waste
Follow all policies and procedures for food preparation, quality and portion control, and safety
Ensure accurate adherence to recipes and quality standards
Work in a safe and productive manner at all times
