Job Requirements
- Food Service Manager Certification completed within 90 days of hire
- Ability to lift up to 20 pounds frequently and 50 pounds rarely
- Ability to work indoors in a climate-controlled environment
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods, sit, squat, kneel occasionally, and climb rarely
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, and weekends

Job Duties
- Maintain a positive attitude and the highest levels of professionalism
- Greet all customers promptly with kindness, respect, and enthusiasm
- Provide the highest level of customer service, going above and beyond to meet customer needs
- Describe Blossom Bar items to customers and assist with recommendations
- Remain calm during high stress moments and manage multiple orders
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace using a clean as you go attitude
- Prepare and serve items following recipes while minimizing food waste
- Follow all policies and procedures for food preparation, quality and portion control, and safety
- Ensure accurate adherence to recipes and quality standards
- Work in a safe and productive manner at all times
