Job Requirements
- Must have a Food Service Manager Certification completed within 90 days of hire
- lift up to 20 pounds often and 50 pounds rarely
- be able to work indoors in a climate-controlled environment such as walk-in cooler or freezer
- be able to stand and walk for long periods, sit, squat, kneel occasionally, and climb rarely
- able to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
Job Qualifications
- Food Service Manager Certification completed within 90 days of hire
- excellent communication skills including ability to listen and receive instructions
- ability to maintain professionalism and positive attitude
- experience in customer service preferred
- knowledge of food safety practices
- ability to follow recipes and quality control standards
Job Duties
- Maintain a positive attitude and the highest levels of professionalism
- greet all customers promptly with kindness, respect, enthusiasm, and a great attitude
- provide the highest level of customer service, going above and beyond to meet customer needs
- describe Blossom Bar items and assist customers by making recommendations
- remain calm during high stress moments when handling multiple orders
- maintain a clean and organized workspace using a clean-as-you-go approach
- prepare and serve items according to recipes while minimizing food waste
- follow all established policies and procedures for food preparation, quality control, portion control, and safety
- ensure full understanding and application of food safety guidelines
- ensure recipes are followed accurately while maintaining quality control
- work in a safe and productive manner at all times
